BOSS PU 50 Polyurethane Sealant

BOSS® PU 50 is a fast-curing, one-component, moisture-curing polyurethane adhesive sealant, that turns into a flexible, durable and resistant elastomeric seam and has very good adhesion to most industrial materials.

Features:

• Applicable in warm and humid climates.
• Can be painted with all water-based paints and other systems.
• Excellent resistance to many chemicals.
• Good weather and UV resistance.
• High viscosity.
• Medium open time.
• Permanently elastic after curing.
• Excellent primer-less adhesion on many materials such as aluminium, steel, GRP, epoxy coatings, and so on

Applications:

• Adheres without primer to the most common substrates, such as glass, anodized aluminium, lacquered metal, wood, FRP, and concrete.
• Supple bonding and sealing in the automotive industry, especially on surfaces that vibrate – bus-bodies, caravans, and containers.
